Ok, here is the deal. We used to be on ning (dmzairsoft.ning.com). Now ning is charging too much, so we want a content management system on wordpress. I starting doing this myself but.. i just don't have the skill or time... (Budget: $250-$750 USD, Jobs: CMS, PHP, Wordpress)
