Create a RSS-based embeddable widget by apatosaurus

I need a "widget" created that will allow other sites to automatically embed our daily content from http://mvmp.cc/5f. The site is a custom CMS and the data is in a MySQL database. The content updates daily at 12pm PST and the widget will need to update as well... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: MySQL, PHP)
