OScommerce Repair by Jayhawk

Currently when an email is sent using the send mail function it sends 4 copies of the same email. I also need the WYSIWYG that is already installed on my site to be functional in the send email function as well... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: OSCommerce, PHP)
