User Agent Changer - On The Fly by moneymaker1988

I need a script coded, that will change the user agent of the user going through a redirect to whatever I want it to be. Or else, if that cannot be done I need to be able to "scrub/delete" part of the UA string that I want to... (Budget: $750-1500, Jobs: .NET, ASP, Javascript, PHP, Visual Basic)
