Upgrade website from PHP4 to PHP5 by blazeandshade

I have had my website moved to a new hosting compnay and they upgraded from PHP4 to PHP5, therefore some functionality has been broken. For example, when I upload new images to the website via the CMS, the images are not showing up on the website... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP)
