Troubleshoot charge feature in CRE Online Store by CowgirlCreations

My client has an online video rental service that is set up with CRE Loaded. We love the set up and it's all functioning great, but the late fee charging feature is not working. We currenly use PayPal Pro to charge for rentals and have an admin area with the members information... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: eCommerce, OSCommerce, PHP, Website Security)
