osCommerce Contribution - Minimum Order Per Manufacturer by rkdavid

We need to be able to add a feature to our osCommerce website that will enforce a minimum order by manufacturer. I have found contributions for Minimum Order Amount (#1250) and Minimum Order Quantity Per Product (#2982) but none for a minimum order per manufacturer... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: MySQL, OSCommerce, PHP)
