I'm looking for an advanced/expert PHP programmer who can help me build a website and tool similar to Mxtoolbox.com using PHP and Mysql. It will allow multiple users and allow each user to monitor/setup/configure their own list of ip addresses and domain names to monitor individually and in bulk... (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: PHP)
