I am looking for a bot/script that will create yahoo email accounts with a provided files (firstname, lastname, etc). It must be multi-threaded or fast, meaning it must make atleast 500-1000 accounts per hour... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: .NET, C#, C/C++, Delphi, PHP)
