Sending Scheduled Messages to Ping.FM by brentnhunter

I'm looking for a developer to write a fairly simple script. I will run the script via cron once a minute. The script needs to read from a MESSAGES file (as opposed to a database since I'm trying to keep this very simple and quick to code)...
