Gallery (menalto) update and graphic toolkit fix by mannastudio

I have a personal site with gallery 2 installed. I haven't played with it for awhile, and now when I upload new albums, the thumbnails aren't being created. I'd like to upgrade to the latest stable version... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP)
