Custom Wordpress theme w/ categories needed by kungfoomedia

I need a custom wordpress theme made for a music site I am working on for a client. This is a one off from my normal business They hired someone to populate the database already which contains 2000+ entries, so going with another CMS is not possible... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: CSS, Photoshop, PHP, Website Design, Wordpress)
