Create a CMS or script using swfcombine from swftools by wroyb

I need a CMS or script that will allow me to combine two swf's files to one and add text, hyper link. Take two or more SWF files, and combine them into a new SWF. SWFs can either be stacked (no masterfile is present) or inserted (into the masterfile)... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: CMS, Flash, Flex, Java, PHP)
