CRE Loaded Website Order Emails not Sent by whizkidsclothing

I have a problem with cre loaded 6.2 website. The customer order emails are not being sent. The customer welcome message is sent, just not the email confirming the order. Also i use cpanel hosting / webmail to receive email messages... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: DNS, OSCommerce, PHP, Troubleshooting, Website Security)
