Add Digital Signing To My Certificate Page by voxelmm

Hi I want my website visitors to visit my page that has a large certificate on the screen. They must use the mouse to sign their name in the certificate. Then they can press continue. I don't want any options like color, or anything..... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Javascript, PHP)
