Hi ! I work for a website which is setup to help users appeal fines which we do in our spare time. We are looking to setup a page to scrape delays for trains and save them to a sql database. As the site is funded by ourselves we don't have too much money to spend on the project... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP, SQL, Web Scraping, Website Design)
