PHP and MYSQL Shoutcast Music Ratings Script by theoutsourceman

Need a PHP/SQL Shoutcast script that will allow us to change the stream ip and port And grab all the songs and allow users to rate them 1-5 stars for the last 10 songs played. Also needs to display the average rating of each song... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP, SQL)
