OScommerce paypal IPN stock level not updating. by antonwj

Paypal IPN is not updating stock levels when something is sold. I have installed Paypal IPN that come with Oscommerce, the payments work fine and an invoice is generated however the stock level does not change and a confirmation email is not sent to my email... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: eCommerce, OSCommerce, Paypal API, PHP, Shopping Carts)
