Modify Joomla 1.5 movies template by tjcolvin

Need some minor modifications of a youjoomla template. Most of the changes are not technical, I just need to know how to make content changes. Must be able to articulate on paper how I can make the necessary content changes after your work is done... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Joomla, PHP)
