email marketing solution by superior5

got a shopping store and I receive many leads for newsletter and promotion offers. My current hosting doesn't let me send more then 10k emails a day and even most of them goes to junk. I need a solution... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Bulk Marketing, C#, Perl, PHP, Technical Support)
