I am wondering if someone can write a script or build a software that does the following: Go to ebay.com, find sellers who are Powersellers ( or sellers who has 500+ feedbacks, or sellers who runs a web store), send a message (email) to those sellers... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: C/C++, eCommerce, Perl, PHP, Web Scraping)
