Photo upload iPhone app by obiwan11

We need a simple iPhone app which uploads a pic and caption to our server and allows others to browse and comment on other people's pics. Will have a username and password, which they can use to stay logged on on their phone... (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: Cocoa, iPhone, Objective C, PHP)
