JOOMLA - VM fixes by budi

I need the following done in a Joomla/ virtuemart site. 1) In the register form I need an extra field added, where the user can choose where the have found the site. 3) The login form dont show a message if the password is incorrect or that you are logged in now... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Joomla)
