Fix a small bug on my php based site (It's a Paid To Click) by jobobalo

Shouldn't be more than 15 minutes work. A glitch in some php code lets users gain access to other's account. The code itself worked on a different server. Therefore, something like htaccess or php.ini is fouling things up... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP, SQL)
