I m looking to win the Conduit Awards (http://awards.conduit.com) but I don t have any programming skills. I am looking for a series of components for the community toolbars that I ve set up. I want to include some interactive components, such as tools, games, gadgets... (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: CSS, eMarketing, Javascript, PHP, XML)
