Looking for email marketing by mikemarketing

I am looking for someone who can market my website by sending emails. I would like to get reports on weekly basis. Initially i would also like to have some sample reports so that i can verify what i can see in the reports... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Bulk Marketing, eMarketing, Leads, PHP, SEO)
