Joomla 1.5 AdsManager Help Needed by badaleraa

Hi, I have a fairly new website i am trying to get off the ground. Its a standard LAMP setup. Has Joomla 1.5, PHP, MySQL all installed. Local web designer couldn't complete the job. I have since installed AdsManager but i find the learning curve is too steep... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: CMS, CSS, Joomla, PHP, Website Design)
