Sugar 5.2.0g from local Xampp to web by QMG

I have customized a Sugar 5.2.0g on my local PC on Xampp. I updated the config.php file, created and imported the relevant database on my hosting account and uploaded all the files, but was not able to get it to work on the web... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: CMS, PHP, Script Installation)
