Rebuild a website by Sapin

Site was initially was hosted on ValueWeb shopping cart but has been abandoned. We own the domain name now and want to recreate the cart. Need a talented coder who can scrape the site from Wayback Machine and set it up in open source shopping cart (like Joomla)... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Joomla, Website Design)
