Need to change the linking on a few hardcoded banners by sjcollegeboy

I recently sold the tube site http://www.cockhub.com and there are approximately 7 banners that have "hardcoded" banners. Most of the external links are customizable through the CMS but these few banners are hardcoded and I need someone to change them over for the sites current owner... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: AJAX, Java, PHP, Ruby/Ruby on Rails, Website Design)
