Craigslist Post Verification Tool by crakspot

I am looking for someone who can make a program for verifying craigslist posts in multiple gmail accounts via POP3. I'll need the program to do the following; 1) Load a text file of gmail accounts and passwords in the following format, email:password email:password email:password etc..... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: C#, C/C++, Perl, PHP, Visual Basic)
