PHP Classes: Google, Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail by GrantMePeace

I would like to be able to retrieve and send email through Google, Yahoo, Hotmail and AOL. (Maybe Hotmail won't work) This needs to be done in PHP and making use of each email providers respective IMAP service... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP, System Admin.)
