XLSX to html project by kineticred

I need a server side script that will translate an xlsx file to html both the script and xlsx file will reside on the server. remember that this is a xlsx file which is office 2007. I only need two columns exported item number and description... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: ASP, Excel, Perl/CGI, PHP, XML)
