Clone or almost similar site needed by StarcomSystems

Has someone ever developed a site like GAF or other popular marketplace websites? like elance, gaf, scriptlance, oDesk and anything similar? I am ready to buy the existing developed website code. Ofcourse we won't use the names and copyrights... (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: Linux, PHP, Script Installation, Website Design, XML)
