additional payment option by m0nique

I need an additional payment feature to my website. when sellers sign up on my site i will like them to be able to subscribe for a membership package. example one of the package will be gold we here features such as final value fee etc.... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Data Entry, Linux, PHP, Web Promotion, Website Design)
