Script to add the RSS datafeed into MySQL db by AZ73

I need someone to write a script that will take RSS feed and store data into a MySQL database. Subsequent reading of the RSS will only store new data. The script will be placed on a Linux server to run automatically every day... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Data Processing, Linux, PHP)
