Creating Fireboard skin (Joomla Forum) from .psd by emcmarketing

I've created a skin in photoshop for Fireboard which is a joomla forum component. I need someone to convert the .psd (3 files) into skins for my forum. To speed up the process i can supply you with html/css versions of the files if it helps... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Joomla)
