Apply Template to osCommerce by vms1

I have a fresh installation of osCommerce and the Homepage, Category page and Detail page designs in Photoshop. I need to have those designs applied to osCommerce, and I need the final skinned osC to look EXACTLY as the templates... (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: Photoshop, PHP, Website Design)
