Real Estate CMS by lotzowork

I have an existing CMS that has been build using cakePHP, i would like to change some of the features and also add a few new features to the backend. I would like to convert it to a full MLS for agencies and agents to post their listings... (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: AJAX, Flash, Javascript, PHP)
