Need Joomla menus and blank page links by wowwebdesigner

I need someone to create my menu links and pages in joomla. You dont have to add content. I just need links that go to blank pages. Part of the pages will wrappers and I will give you URL's for each wrappers... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Joomla)
