GD Library Problem - Image Verification not showing in Vbulletin by projectabcdefg

GD Library and Image Magick I am looking for someone to solve my Vbulletin problem as image verification is not working at the Registration page. I am not too sure what is the problem so please advice... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP, Script Installation, System Admin.)
