Sending multiple private messages by tribalismo

I'm looking for a bot which can send private messages automaticly, to thousands of members. The bot should be able to send the messages on multiple websites from an ip which is different then mine. Best... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: PHP, Web Promotion)
