Javascript Scrolling Panel by cac101010

I want a javascript sliding panel/menu that slides up and down with the mouse moving within the panel. So basically the panel will hold a list of items that needs to slide to see lower items. There should be no buttons or scrollbar... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Javascript)
