Install ffmpeg on Plesk by lunchbox8484

I need someone to be able to install FFMPEG through a Plesk control panel, possibly through SSH but I'm not sure. Any takers? (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Linux, PHP, Script Installation, System Admin.)
